Established in 1845 and located near Millicent on South Australia's Limestone Coast, Mayura Station thrives on rich, fertile peat valleys and ancient limestone rises—an ideal environment for raising Wagyu. Every step of their process is focused on quality: from breeding and raising cattle on-site to a meticulous grain-feeding program that spans a minimum of 500 days.
Their Wagyu is not only renowned for its buttery flavor, fine texture, and exceptional tenderness, but also for a unique twist: a specialized grain ration that includes chocolate, adding a refined sweetness to the beef and delivering a total eating experience.
