La Leyenda offers artisanal Manchego cheeses from La Mancha in Spain. Made in the traditional way from raw sheep's milk, this hard cheese is aged for a year before eating. La Leyenda also makes gourmet variants including manchego with chili pepper, rosemary, truffle or brandy. The founders are members of the Union Quesera Manchega, which ensures cheese quality.

A story that starts in the late 1950s, originally from Gioia del Colle (Bari), moved onto Piedmont, bringing with them their enterprising spirit and love for traditions. Pugliese Caseificio combined their principles of hand-made products with old traditions and modern technologies. Its range of products include several type of cheeses, made with 100% Italian milk, such as: Mozzarella Fior di Latte, nodini, treccia, burrata, ricotta scamorza, ricotta and many more.
