Kokuou black Wagyu cattle, the only free-grazing breed in Japan, are revered for their rarity and quality. Named for "delicious" (Koku) and "Emperor" (ou), they boast high mono-unsaturated fat content, superior marbling, and tenderness. Raised in Kumamoto Prefecture, they benefit from the natural water from Mt. Aso, ensuring a stress-free environment conducive to producing premium wagyu beef.
