A standout highlight of the evening was the showcase of premium Ekro veal, specially curated and presented by Dutch chef Edgar Buhrs. Known for its exceptional quality, Ekro veal is prized for:

Carefully prepared by Chef Edgar, the veal dishes were the centerpiece of the buffet — cooked to perfection to highlight the meat’s natural juiciness and subtle richness.
