On 14 and 15 October 2025, Indoguna Singapore hosted The Australian Outback at Pan Pacific Singapore, bringing together chefs, media, and food lovers to enjoy the best of Australian ingredients.
A Taste of Australia – Media Food Tasting (14 October 2025) The first day was a media tasting, where invited KOLs and media guests tried dishes made with premium Australian produce. The buffet featured meats, seafood, and other ingredients from iconic Australian brands. We were honoured to have the support of Gold Coast Experience and Trade & Investment Queensland, whose collaboration helped highlight some of the most iconic Australian brands featured during the event. Each dish told a story of quality, sustainability, and the rich flavours of the Australian Outback.
A Taste of Australia – Chef's Table Menu Tasting (15 October 2025) On the second day, Indoguna welcomed chefs from leading hotels and restaurants across Singapore to a private luncheon. The session offered an opportunity to discover new ingredients, exchange culinary ideas, and taste premium dishes crafted using Australia’s finest produce. Events like The Australian Outback reflect our commitment to supporting chefs with premium, reliable, and sustainable food sources — ensuring that every dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
