In true “Chefs’ Edition” spirit, the evening featured an exciting Live Plating Competition that brought energy and friendly rivalry to the stage. Four teams went head-to-head in a creative showdown, tasked with decorating two iconic centrepieces — roasted suckling pig and roasted duck. With limited time and full audience attention, each team transformed these classic dishes into visually striking presentations.
