Candia Professional ‘Signature Gourmet’ Masterclass with Chef Allen Chen

This event featured Chef Allen Chen, as he brings to life the versatility and quality of Candia’s professional butter range, made with 100% French cream.
This 2-day masterclass spotlighted the Candia Signature Gourmet Butter — praised for its soft, non-breaking texture and perfect slicing performance. It proved to be the ideal choice for both raw and cooked pastry applications. Chef Allen Chen, together with Chef Winson from Indoguna, demonstrated four signature desserts crafted with Candia products:
- Étoile (Signature Star)
- Gâteau Tiramisu
- French Vanilla Flan Tart with Red Berries
- Roll Cake Noël
